Reality starlet Kim Kardashian may be popular , but it never did prevented from curbing her beauty. And one thing she admitted to doing was injecting Botox – she even had her experience (and a reaction it provoked) documented on her hit TV show Keeping Up With the Kardashians .
As any pregnant mother knows, it is forbidden to undergo injectables and loads of any type while you are waiting. Kim is also aware of this rule of thumb and, according to The Telegraph, she recently purchased American license rights to a product called Biotulin , an organic topical gel that claims to compete with the effects of Botox without loss of facial expression or other potential risks.
Biotulin allegedly acts to smooth the skin using the ingredient Spilanthol, an anesthetic extracted from the plant Acmella Oleracea. According to the company’s website, the extract reduces muscle contraction and fine lines and relaxes facial features, especially around the eyes and eyebrows for firmer skin that lasts up to 24 hours.
We were curious to know if the most recent beauty must-have from Kim K. could really work as well as the proven Botox and here it is;
“Creams can help firm the skin but are not able to relax the muscle like Botox. If they could, they would be labeled as drugs and regulated by the FDA.
While we don’t yet know whether biotulin will gain the same popularity as botox in the years to come, we know that anything with the Kardashian seal of approval will have women who will miss the mark. ‘try.
