Skimmed milk

Milk without fat contains bioavailable hormones, which can cause rashes in some people. Instead, try almond milk: it contains 50% of the recommended daily amount of vitamin E, which contains antioxidants that are great for the health of your skin.

Mixed drinks
There is no way out, alcohol dehydrates your skin, which increases wrinkles and prevents the skin from healing. To make matters worse, adding sweet cranberry juice or other sweeteners to the cocktail creates a nightmare for your skin.
